Spring and Fall Clean-Up Services

Our spring and fall clean-up services consist of clearing the grounds of all landscape waste, such as leaves and sticks, along with light pruning of plants injured by winter weather, mechanically de-thatching of the lawn, deep edging of property borders and one-time spot seeding of the lawn.

Grounds Maintenance Services

From April 1 until October 15, we provide weekly lawn cutting, property border edging, weeding of beds and blowing of leaves and related debris from your entire grounds.

Bi-Weekly Fall Clean-Up

Our bi-weekly fall clean-up services start in the middle of October and end in mid-December. This service consists of blowing your property clean of all landscape waste (leaves, twigs, debris, etc.) before lawn maintenance begins. The landscape waste is left at curbside for pickup.

If your town does not permit such waste left at curbside, it will be disposed of by Allan Bellezza Contracting and billed on a per-yard disposal rate.

Annual Shrub and Ornamental Tree Pruning

Our annual shrub and ornamental tree pruning services are performed twice a year, in early and late summer, to maintain healthy plant life and create a natural appearance.

Annual Slice Seeding and Core Aeration

We recommend our annual slice seeding and core aeration services. Core aeration of your lawn breathes new life into its roots. Over time, the soil naturally becomes more compacted, leaving the subsoil undesirable for healthy growth of your lawn. Therefore, the compacted soil needs to be mechanically aerated.

Using the best equipment available, we aerate the property by making holes in the soil, which permit water, air, fertilizers and nutrient exchange with the lawn's roots. This promotes the re-germination of the lawn.

Slice seeding allows the lawn to be sliced into small rows, then seed is planted into the soil to strengthen the lawn's roots. Both treatments can and will enhance the growth of your lawn!

Our Organic Lawn, Tree and Shrub Care Program

At Allan Bellezza Contracting, our goal is to provide your lawn and shrubs with the best organic care program to promote healthy growth and an attractive appearance. The result is a beautiful landscape you'll love.

All our treatments are based on recommendations and annual updates from Rutgers University. All our applications are installed by a licensed New Jersey applicator certified in turf and ornamental plants. This health care program consists of six lawn and seven shrub treatments.
